Today, Malcolm Childress is speaking at the University of Twente in the Netherlands on land governance challenges and opportunities related to climate, urbanization and social justice.

 Today, roughly one in four respondents across the first 15 countries we surveyed – that’s 41 million adults – felt insecure about their rights to retain access to their home, land or other property. Looks tenure security is weakest where the most rapid urban growth is expected according to Prindex data
